1. Note where her body is facing

When you are talking with her and she looking into your eyes, her shoulders is square, smiling little bit and her legs are facing in your directions then you can say she is interested in you.

2. Watch her legs and feet

When she points her feet towards you while talking, besides this she will also off her legs that guys always want. Make your eyes more beautiful

Eyes are one of best gift by god to human being. When you some one’s beauty full eyes single things come in your mind how I can make same. If you just take 15 minutes in a day than you can make it more beautiful just start from today and find the result in 30 days. What you need to do….

• Sit on chair and focus on window where tolerable light is coming in room, just close your eyes for 5 second and open for 3 second do it 7-8 times.
• To this same in dark room with same time duration.
• Rub your hands until it feel you warm then close your eyes and put your palm on eyeballs.
• Close you lips and press your nose then try to breathe out from eyes but do it only if you are feeling little bit pressure on center point on your head straight above center of your noise.
• Close your eyes and massage with circular movement for 30 second close wise and then take rest of 15 seconds and anti clock wise massage.
• Sit and relax close your eyes roll your eyes anti clock wise and clock wise but remember between this take 3 second rest between this. Repeat it 5 time at least.
• Just hold a pan or pencil in your hand and concentrate on pin point of ball pen move pen towards to your eyes slowly 2. try to repeat it at least 5-7 times.
• Now close your eyes and sit relax with your close eyes.
• Wash your eyes with cold water and close it for some time.
• It is more important to do exercise regularly with any break.

Simple but Effective Energy Level Changes

Many time I here from my friend same problem that not able to come up with stress, over work load etc problem… you can easily increase you energy level with some things consider then just follow these simple fundas..

Essential Water Water is one of the best source to keep you fresh throughtout the day and your body functioning. A steady supply of water will naturally keep thing flow including energy level up to level. So try to at least 5-6 Liter water in day with regular intervals.

Sleep Habits Often a small adjustment of your sleeping habit can already do wonder in your energy level Don’t lay on Bed if you don’t want to sleep yes it is real fact just retired to bed when you have to take at least 3-4 sleep and forget about all thing like laptop TV or some magazine. My point of view just take at least 7 hours minimum sleep until unless you don’t have some urgent work or any thing else. Rise and Shine fix your time to get up if possible make it before 6:30 A.M. and try to make it regular just for 2-3 days you need to put an alarm you will wonder after 2-3 days once you will open your eyes at that time and it is really true try if you can for some days. Experiment and find out what your optimal sleep levels are.

Little Bit Stretching Don’t go for hard exercise or Yoga from very first day. Many try these from very fast day and then slowly 2 after some day get bored with this so try from stretching and then go for Yoga after some day you will feel automatically change in energy level increasing. Because as other works you body take some time to come in rhythm.

Diet Control Don’t change you diet schedule from very first day try to add some more fruits or vegetable day by day and make changes in every time every day diet don’t prepare hard and fast any chart eat what your mood say that time.

All are looking simple points and might be you hear from many but it is tried personally so if you can do it once for 15 days I am sure you will get results….best of luck

The conversation will take place with or without you and it’s always best to be informed. How to Sleep Well ! It is very simple

Generally I heard from many of my friends that not able to sleep well and due to this not able to provide productivity at work place. It is very simple if you think and apply some thing in daily routine and such a simple things you will find improvement.

1. Sing with yourself

Yes it does effect some time when I get bored and tired from work load I sing slowly with my self. It always makes me drowsy, too. When ever I sing it relax my mind and body too, reduce stress. So try singing as you're getting ready for bed.

2. Rock yourself
Don’t think that I am saying rock and roll, I mean just rocking chair. Many times I've fallen while rocking on chair around at 7:30 p.m. while seating on chair.
My point of view is adults could use a little rocking too! If you have a rocker in your house, fabulous. An office chair that spins works too.

3. Tidy up your bed before retire.

A clean tidy bed give you better sleep for long and unbreakable also. If some time forget to make my bed in the morning, I make it before bed. This habit give me more organized person, which helps me relax. Turns out your habit if you using messy bedroom or house you will automatically feel changes in your sleeping schedule.

4. Write some thing before to sleep

This is one of the best practice to get proper sleep. In general you can write about you day how, what and why you did or manage routine which give you perfect solution of upcoming same issue in life you can better manage in future or even you can sleep without you mind rumoring here in there in sleep because you have discussed with yourself with you things.

5. Have less foods.

Before retired to bed you need to have dinner before 2-3 hours. Foods always take to digest in night because your body relax and mind tried with day to day issues. In general we do many mental and physical activity after launch so make you habit with things you will feel better results.

To meet with stranger or known person it is not easy to convince him or her. But if you make some points with yourself then it is not a big deal. What you have to do just do like this.
Just be prepare facts before to meet : You need to cover viewpoints before to meet and just remind all thing what you have to do and say while meeting. Eiffel Tower is taller than the Statue of Liberty, find out the facts first. Never make guess’s.
Mug up all fields : In some points you need to know more then enough. Don’t argue with him give proper solution or answer so you should be prove yourself in front of person. If you are selling something, like a bike, you will need to know all there is to know about the bike you are selling. Likewise, you will need to know all about the other bikes that are in competition with your vehicle.
Give Respect : You always have to respectful behavior, so show the person you respect them and be good enough to gain their respect
Gain Trust : once you get person’s trust in his or her eyes then you will be more near to convince. But it will be only possible when you are saying that all are facts rights. Don’t stuff in between while saying for particular topic.
Listen Properly : It is not one way that you are saying that should be listen properly it also necessary that you should listen person properly and respond thoughtfully to their point of view.
Prove if person wrong : If person cutting you sentence then let him clear on his full stop once you clear him her then next time they will listen properly. Make sure you understand the other person’s objections and respond to them in an intelligent manner.
Be positive to convince : Until or unless the person totally reject your view or say to you that not interested at all till then adopt positive behavior. Rephrase your beliefs in a way that the other person is better able to understand.
Make Follow ups : If the follow up list in all meeting and revise where you get positive response or where you get negative response. So these things will give some thing to learn for next time.
