Simple but Effective Energy Level Changes

Many time I here from my friend same problem that not able to come up with stress, over work load etc problem… you can easily increase you energy level with some things consider then just follow these simple fundas..

Essential Water Water is one of the best source to keep you fresh throughtout the day and your body functioning. A steady supply of water will naturally keep thing flow including energy level up to level. So try to at least 5-6 Liter water in day with regular intervals.

Sleep Habits Often a small adjustment of your sleeping habit can already do wonder in your energy level Don’t lay on Bed if you don’t want to sleep yes it is real fact just retired to bed when you have to take at least 3-4 sleep and forget about all thing like laptop TV or some magazine. My point of view just take at least 7 hours minimum sleep until unless you don’t have some urgent work or any thing else. Rise and Shine fix your time to get up if possible make it before 6:30 A.M. and try to make it regular just for 2-3 days you need to put an alarm you will wonder after 2-3 days once you will open your eyes at that time and it is really true try if you can for some days. Experiment and find out what your optimal sleep levels are.

Little Bit Stretching Don’t go for hard exercise or Yoga from very first day. Many try these from very fast day and then slowly 2 after some day get bored with this so try from stretching and then go for Yoga after some day you will feel automatically change in energy level increasing. Because as other works you body take some time to come in rhythm.

Diet Control Don’t change you diet schedule from very first day try to add some more fruits or vegetable day by day and make changes in every time every day diet don’t prepare hard and fast any chart eat what your mood say that time.

All are looking simple points and might be you hear from many but it is tried personally so if you can do it once for 15 days I am sure you will get results….best of luck

Using social media by employees is good thing for organization’s as well as employee’s also. For individuals who strengthen an organization ties with organization and own network to get more knowledge, fun, jobs etc. however you must be educated about what is appropriate to say in network or why to use social networking. Other wise it is very much possibility to leak your personal and organization information if you don’t want to stuck in this situation then make sure you need to do such things


• Define yourself what is social networking for you – for most social media network means an online forum, day to day chat with friends updates or personal usage making friends on facebook, twitter, myspace tec.

• Clarify yourself what you want to discuss or really you want to be member for long time to take benefit not use any login for short time and forget away.

• Spell out what type of information you consider or priority base or confidential bases make sure don’t share customer details, company strength or any data on your social networking updates any time company can recover from you data base.

• Determine which link or friend should contribute in networking with activity. Make sure check all link by him/her going out. The conversation will take place with or without you and it’s always best to be informed. It is not easy to dictate your image as it used to be but strategic social media monitoring and participation can help you shape it.
