How to Sleep Well ! It is very simple

Generally I heard from many of my friends that not able to sleep well and due to this not able to provide productivity at work place. It is very simple if you think and apply some thing in daily routine and such a simple things you will find improvement.

1. Sing with yourself

Yes it does effect some time when I get bored and tired from work load I sing slowly with my self. It always makes me drowsy, too. When ever I sing it relax my mind and body too, reduce stress. So try singing as you're getting ready for bed.

2. Rock yourself
Don’t think that I am saying rock and roll, I mean just rocking chair. Many times I've fallen while rocking on chair around at 7:30 p.m. while seating on chair.
My point of view is adults could use a little rocking too! If you have a rocker in your house, fabulous. An office chair that spins works too.

3. Tidy up your bed before retire.

A clean tidy bed give you better sleep for long and unbreakable also. If some time forget to make my bed in the morning, I make it before bed. This habit give me more organized person, which helps me relax. Turns out your habit if you using messy bedroom or house you will automatically feel changes in your sleeping schedule.

4. Write some thing before to sleep

This is one of the best practice to get proper sleep. In general you can write about you day how, what and why you did or manage routine which give you perfect solution of upcoming same issue in life you can better manage in future or even you can sleep without you mind rumoring here in there in sleep because you have discussed with yourself with you things.

5. Have less foods.

Before retired to bed you need to have dinner before 2-3 hours. Foods always take to digest in night because your body relax and mind tried with day to day issues. In general we do many mental and physical activity after launch so make you habit with things you will feel better results.

When you want to convenience some one

To meet with stranger or known person it is not easy to convince him or her. But if you make some points with yourself then it is not a big deal. What you have to do just do like this.
Just be prepare facts before to meet : You need to cover viewpoints before to meet and just remind all thing what you have to do and say while meeting. Eiffel Tower is taller than the Statue of Liberty, find out the facts first. Never make guess’s.
Mug up all fields : In some points you need to know more then enough. Don’t argue with him give proper solution or answer so you should be prove yourself in front of person. If you are selling something, like a bike, you will need to know all there is to know about the bike you are selling. Likewise, you will need to know all about the other bikes that are in competition with your vehicle.
Give Respect : You always have to respectful behavior, so show the person you respect them and be good enough to gain their respect
Gain Trust : once you get person’s trust in his or her eyes then you will be more near to convince. But it will be only possible when you are saying that all are facts rights. Don’t stuff in between while saying for particular topic.
Listen Properly : It is not one way that you are saying that should be listen properly it also necessary that you should listen person properly and respond thoughtfully to their point of view.
Prove if person wrong : If person cutting you sentence then let him clear on his full stop once you clear him her then next time they will listen properly. Make sure you understand the other person’s objections and respond to them in an intelligent manner.
Be positive to convince : Until or unless the person totally reject your view or say to you that not interested at all till then adopt positive behavior. Rephrase your beliefs in a way that the other person is better able to understand.
Make Follow ups : If the follow up list in all meeting and revise where you get positive response or where you get negative response. So these things will give some thing to learn for next time.
