Water is biggest source for surviving. Approximately human body having 70% of water in body. If you regularly having 7-8 liter of water day to day then you can remove 80% of disease from your body. Nowadays due to hectic schedule we are not able to visit to doctor between regular intervals for check up. But we can add drinking water in our habit so we need not to go for doctor. It is bit hard to start but we can start 2 liter daily and increase half liter in week so as on we can do it. Even I also faced many time problems but since I started drinking water on regular it give me huge difference improvement in my health.
