1.Eat fruits daily including 2-3 bananas before your meal or when your stomach is empty. Banana only contains 100 calories. It is going to help you a lot in reducing weigh.

2. Grapes fruits, apple and melons are perfect for a dieter. Citrus fruits like lemon water reduce weight of body. If you desires to eat some thing sweets then take one apple daily in the morning which reduce weight as well as increase blood rate.

3. Drink enough amount of water in a day. I suggest every one should drink at-least 8-10 liter of water in regular intervals. Water increase hungerness and help full in digestion. Always tried to drink boil water instead of normal water because boil water reduce kill unvisiable germ which harmful for body. So, start drinking adequate to reduce your weight.

4. Regular consumption of juice also reduce weight and give glow to face help full for skin care. Specially carrot juice increase to help Red Blood Cells. Orange juice help full in digestion what ever you eat.
